En-san is the friendly bartender at Nana’s in Shinjuku’s Golden Gai.  Nana’s, as it turns out, is Tokyo’s mecca for flamenco music & culture.

My fantastic host Tari took me to a local Yakitori joint in Shinjuku Chicken hearts, chicken liver, chicken gizzard, even chicken skin & bones – it was all good.
