			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><br /><p>On our second day in Phnom Penh we bore witness to the extreme evil that permeated Cambodia from 1975 to 1979 by the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khmer_Rouge" target="_blank">Khmer Rouge</a>.  First at the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuol_Sleng_Genocide_Museum" target="_blank">Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum</a>.  This museum is on the grounds of the prison camp where thousands of Cambodians were beaten and tortured&#8230;.</p>

<p>We then visited the Killing Fields at <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choeung_Ek" target="_blank">Choeung Ek</a>.  It was devastating.</p>

<p>Skulls unearthed when the Killing Fields were discovered &#8211; we&#8217;re told that 17,000 people were killed here.</p>
