The Coke Happiness Factory was very impressive. Offering so many ways to engage consumers:
- Brand heritage – examples of old coke cans & bottles
- Brand vision & values – examples of future environmentally friendly packaging
- Brand participation & experience – the happiness factory itself which had too long of a line for me to wait through
- Brand memorabilia - souvenir shop with Coke branded items
- Brand exclusivity – only place in the expo to get a frozen coke slushy
- Brand entertainment – Music and dance performances on the big Coke stage
